How to create an order?
  • Go to 'Manage Orders' on dashboard.
  • Click on the '+' at the bottom right corner.
  • You will get two options here, 'Create order from trip' and 'Create Manual order'.

  • You can create an order from a trip which is already made from the dashboard. In this case, you'll have to search for the trip for which you want to create the order. For example, Ramnagar Camping and Adventure as shown in the image below.
  • For creating a manual order, you have to click 'Create manual order' and the following box will show up. Now, you have to fill in the details for creating the order.
  • You can start with filling in the basic details, like the Order name, Name, Email, Contact of the customer and the booking dates.
  • You can add tickets in the order, for example Adult, Child, etc. and can mention the price for the same.
  • Auto update amount option beside the 'Tickets' will automatically update the amount for individual tickets.
  • You can enable partial payment for the order if some amount is paid by the customer and can mention the due date for the complete payment.
  • If the complete payment is done for the order, then you can check on the 'Payment status' box. It will show that the order is paid.
  • You can add description in the order like itinerary details, about destination, or any other by clicking on the 'Add description' option at the bottom.
