How to manage orders?
- Go to 'Manage Orders' on dashboard.
- All the orders will be shown here, whether it's website booking or manual payment.
- You can communicate with the customers from the dashboard. You have to select the customer's order and then can select either Email or WhatsApp under the 'Send' option.
- You can also export the orders to an excel sheet by downloading them.
- You can search for different orders by applying filters.
